How long will it take to install my site?
Installation typically takes between 5 and 10 working days, depending on whether we have all the information we need from you to customize and install your site. Sometimes is can take les than this. Please ensure we have the correct password for your storeadmin as installation is slowed down when you have changed your password but have not told us the new one.

What is a Favicon?
A favicon, or 'favorite icon' is a small, 16x16 image that is shown inside the browser's location bar and bookmark menu when your site is called up. It is a good way to brand your site and increase it's prominence in your visitor's bookmark menu. It is the little pink heart on our site.

Why does my Favicon not show up?
Your favicon may not appear immediately. In fact, it may take a few days, and in IE, sometimes the favicon will disappear from time to time due to a browser bug.

What is a Splash Page?
A Splash page is the first page a visitor will see when they type in your web address. You can have graphics and text describing your store and products and usually there is an area your visitor will click to 'enter' your actual store.

What info do you need from me?
Before we can customize and install your site, we need the following information:
Your business name
Your slogan if you want one
Your welcome email from your hosting provider with your storeadmin and cpanel login details
If you ordered business card templates, we will need the info you want on your cards.

Can you change the colors or text?
Our designs are generally sold 'as is' but if you want minor color or text changes, then we can do this from an extra $40 depending on difficulty of changes.

My site is showing things up strangely, with the images to the bottom of the page, why?
This usually happens when you are using Internet Explorer 6 as your browser. IE6 is known to have a variety of display issues. We don't guarantee our designs will work in IE6. We recommend downloading IE7 which should sort out the problem as our designs are compatible with the latest and newest browsers.

I've bought a design, can I purchase a matching business card template later on?
Yes, you can purchase any matching items at any time, just email us and let us know and we will send you a paypal invoice.

Can you incororate a logo I already have into my new site?
Absolutely! We can add your logo to your header.

What images do you need for my homepage?
The images we use on our designs are there for sample purposes only and you will need to email us the images you want used on your homepage so we can prepare them and install them for you.

I have images, but they are not really suitable, can you help make them look professional?
Sure, we can prepare your images for you for an additional $20.

Where can I get my business cards printed?
We recommend Vistaprint, where you simply upload the template made by us and place your order.

Can you add a flash slideshow to my homepage?
Yes we can, you will need to email us all the images you want included. This service carries a charge of $40.
