What is this Copyright Option for?
- The copyright option is for you if you purchased a premade template or custom design from MyDreamWeb Design.
- The copyright option is for you if you like to use your design you've purchased to print on items to sell.
- The copyright option is for you if you want to use those images for product packaging, product labels.
You
must purchase the copyright to the graphics purchased to legally be
able to reproduce my graphics or make changes to either the graphics or template. You may be in violation of MyDreamWeb's
Terms of Use if you don't. This Copyright does not mean you can just resell my images (alone or in a group) to make a profit.
It is acceptable to:
- Use the graphics for product packaging, shopping bags, hang tags, price tags, and for t-shirts you make to sell in your store with your brand name on them. You
would purchase the copyright to legally use these graphics.
- Buy the copyright in order to alter the design or layout of your template.
It is Unacceptable to:
- Start your own web
design company and purchase the copyright so you can use MyDreamWeb's
graphics in your designs or to sell the graphics via email or
cd to make a profit on the graphics.
Once you purchase the copyright, you will
receive a confirmation from me via email stating you have purchased the copyright to the
graphics/images and the limited copyright will be transferred to you.
You must still give me credit and you cannot claim any of my work as
your own.
When purchasing this option, please tell me which
design you've purchased.
***Please Note*** My
designs are
not available to purchase and resell for a profit. If you
are a graphic or web designer, you may not purchase this and resell my
designs. This Copyright option is only available for retail merchants
who've used me as their designer, premade or custom to be able to use
my graphics for promotion of their business and products. Anyone who
resells my graphics will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
This is not transferable and is only for the person/business purchasing
it.
